The CRHA Membership Committee has updated guidelines for homeowners who wish to make improvements to their properties that are covered by the Restrictive Covenants. Please look at the Restrictive Covenants and the Homeowner Guidelines for Projects Under the Restrictive Covenants and apply to the Board for any relevant development projects that you may be planning for this summer or fall including fencing, decks, patios, pools, gates and outbuildings. Some projects will require permits from Rocky View County and proof of those permits to the CRHA Board. A reminder that removal of trees and shrubs outside the 3/4 acre development envelope is prohibited under the Restrictive Covenants. Limits also are placed on changing a lot's elevation, removing earthen material and rocks and changing surface drainage. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cody Lake (Lake 2) now has a new storage rack for shorter kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you to Rob Myatt for building this for the Church Ranches community!

    

Thanks to Martin Jones for building and distributing these beautiful birdhouses. They can be found throughout the Church Ranches common lands.  Lori-ann Esser has captured one of our resident birds peeking out the door then taking off to find a snack.

Gentle reminder, if you have guests on our common lands you must accompany them. As Paladin does not have access to our membership directory they are primarily patrolling for flagrant misbehaviour, vandalism, and obvious trespass. If you see anyone who you do not believe is a resident please email the HOA with details. We will take further steps.
