restrictive COVENANTS
Church Ranches has different Restrictive Covenants for each building phase of the community. Any property changes must adhere to the relevant Restrictive Covenant for your civic address. Please reference the Church Ranches Phases Map and this list of Restrictive Covenants:
Restrictive COVENANTS HIGHLIGHTS:
- All new buildings, additions and property alterations must be approved by Rocky View County and the Church Ranches Homeowner Association. Make sure that you have all required permits from Rocky View County and provide this information to the CRHA as part of your application process for project approval.
- No motorcycles, trail bikes, snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles or other such like machines shall be operated on the said lands.
- No firearms may be discharged on the said lands.
